Happy Friday, Caregivers! This is my first week back after three weeks traveling to the East Coast to visit family. Boy was it nice to spend so much time with my husband, kids and family. It has been tough to get back into real life, but I’m nearly caught up (and almost done unpacking).
I have managed to come across some great articles for caregivers, so here you go!

Wearables and Smart Home Technology Helps Seniors Age in Place: This video discusses the benefits of technology to seniors. My hope is, as technology gets more prevalent, the prices will drop, making it more accessible.
20 Small Habits that Create Lasting Happiness: This article has simple tips that can make a big difference – from knowing when to say no to doing tasks that take 2 minutes right away.
Dementia and Alzheimer’s – Top 10 Warning Signs: A useful list of the signs of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
How Caregivers Can Turn Stress into Strength: This is a great piece on ways caregivers can cope with many of the challenges they deal with on a daily basis.
That wraps up my roundup. In case you missed it, here were my blog posts for the week.
